The company's policy of providing sufficient number of paid leave each year is truly appreciative. I’ve been here for a year now, and I’m truly impressed with the quality of work we do. What;s even better is that we receive immediate feedback, and when we do best in our roles, our seniors reward and recognize us for it. We also celebrate our achievements and special occasions. On a personal note, I;ve experienced significant growth since I joined this company. The people here are very great and always ready to support and flexible. TL and managers are like friend and always allow leave and flexible work hours.

Salary structure is not as per the market standard and appraisal is something we don’t get what we want.
