Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive except old employee. The management is transparent. There is a good cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are liberal, appraisals are fair and they give good salary. They do not provide any bonus and perk.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management does not address our issues. Salary is not decent also career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a teste of different roles within the same team.

Yiu will hardly find anything good to discuss in any platform. Paradise for BOOT LICKERS Typical LALA work culture No scope of advancing/propelling in career for othwr than boot lickers. You pay bribe for even withdrawing your PF and Gratuity to the HR professionals.
