Work culture is worst. So much politics. Middle management always control your growth as per they feel. No one see what you had done for a project or something. Just get Rs.3500 as a appraisal for every person. Please take care of notice period terms and other terms. Always ready the documents carefully and then sign. In a specific Design department. Culture is not good. If you want to learn sheetmetal fabrication then good news it is for you. For further growth in future you have to switch the company and find real design job. Here are just everyone just a 3D draftsman. If you want this kind of job then it's made for you otherwise find specific Design engineer job. Please be careful...! Some departments and managers lack of the professionalism behaviour in workplace. Not following IT system facilities & IT compliance so developing different type of company culture. It's not good company impression.
