Nothing except job security... Pathetic HR... only Naam mote darshan khote... Very poor Company culture, Middle Management employees gets only work and work, not considered even for Company tours and appraisal. Lower Management and higher management gets all benefit. Managers only get full perks and benefit like Company parties every quarter for any reason, good appraisal and that too for not doing anything, because Company culture is like blinded trust on managers... Not good Company to join for those who are coming from professional background and have professional work approach.
