Engineer - CNC Configuration

Role & responsibilities -

• Develop & maintain PLC logic & HMI of DCMC/VTL/Mill-Tap/CVM/SPM machine with Mitsubishi, Fanuc, and Siemens & Fagor CNC controller.
• Preparation of HMI screen of Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Siemens & Fagor controller
• Electrical circuit diagram understanding and machine manual data preparation.
• Design and develop PLC programs for new and existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC hardware and software.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement system
• Enhancements.
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates to CNC systems

Essential Skills -

• Minimum Experience of 3-4 Years in CNC machine development using CNC and PLC systems.
• Thorough Knowledge and hands on in Interfacing and programming of Mitsubishi,
• Fanuc, Fagor and Siemens CNC systems.
• Knowledge and Hands ON of Major PLCs, HMI like Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Siemens, Fagor interfacing with Servo systems.
• Knowledge in electrical and electronics equipments / Devices.
• Good Communication skills.
• Knowledge in Robot interfacing will be an added advantage.
