Plc Programmer

We are seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and developing PLC programs using Ladder Logic language, HMI programming with GT Designer, and experience in various automation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic for Mitsubishi PLC systems.
• Program and configure Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems using GT Designer.
• Work with LIN, CAN protocols, and Unified Diagnostic Service (UDS) for diagnostics and security access.
• Interface with DC servo, actuators, VFDs, AC servo drives, stepper motors, and other communication products.
• Develop and implement applications using .NET Framework, Machine Vision, Barcode Scanning, and Induction conveyors/rotaries.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in PLC and HMI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project implementation.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with PLC programming (especially Mitsubishi PLC).
• Proficiency in HMI design and programming.
• Experience in working with ECUs, debugging, and diagnostic tools (Vector CANoe, CAN Analyzer).
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, servo drives, DC servo systems, VFDs, and stepper motors.
• Familiarity with LIN, CAN protocols, and UDS diagnostics.
• Exposure to applications like .NET, Machine Vision, and Barcode Scanning.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech, ITI, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI design, and related fields.
• Age: 24-35 years.
• Previous experience with Mitsubishi PLCs is highly preferred.
