Plc Programmer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical/ Functional Job Knowledge

1. Proficient Knowledge of the following Control System Components:

• Minimum 02 of any PLC, HMI, VFD (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, AB)
• Minimum 02 of any Servo (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Delta)
• Electrical switchgear (Contactors, MCBs, MPCBs. SMPS, Relays etc.)
• Sensors (Proximity, photo, magnetic, level, pressure, flow, etc.)
• Motors (Induction (3 or 1 phase), stepper, servo, DC, etc.)
• Pneumatics (Actuators, valves etc..), Hydraulics
• AutoCAD, MS Office

2. Adequate Knowledge hands on experience of PLC & HMI Programming.

3. Traveling to clients locations (Local / Interstate)

4. Machine testing as per given criteria.

5. Troubleshooting machine errors.

6. Providing After-Sale Support and Training to the Customer (On line / Off

line).

7. Preparation of Technical Documentation and User Manual

Execution Skills:

1. Learning about the Organizational Processes, Standards and Systems

2. Ensuring Timely and Effective Delivery of given tasks and reporting the same

to the concerned-on time.

3. Timely Documentation of all the processes and results and keeping all the

stakeholders informed about the developments.
