Job Description
- Install all the Electrical accessories, Power-on the machine, testing of all functions of Double Column, Vertical Turning Lathe other technology products manufactured by Cosmos at customer site.
- Check and approve the installation site before installing the heavy machines.
- Prepare Installation reports
- Preventive Maintenance.
- Follow Service Line Systems
Essential Skills
- Good knowledge on CNC machines Electrical / Mechanical Accessories and its Installation and commissioning.
- Experience on large machine installation is an advantage.
- Good knowledge CNC machine service and maintenance.
- Basic CNC Machine operations, Familiarity of Fanuc /Mitsubishi / Siemens (any).
- Good in documentation and communication
