There are more chances for learning and to gain knowledge, they grow multiple crops at a time in both open plots and also in Net and Poly houses. Team interaction is also good, they will guide you to the maximum extent. For those related to agriculture it is a good platform. Documentation on crops from land preparation to the post harvest practices is really good. You will learn many things there.

Dislikes

Working hours are bit more, but we need to consider as OK because it's purely a agriculture related company. Work pressure should be there not every day once or twice in a month.

Work Details

As a Production Manager I need to look over the crops, managing the labour, documentation on daily happened work. There is no time to feel bore and you will always feels OK even if you work more.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
