Cosmopolitan industries private limited, Ashulia, Dhaka is one of the top level Garments. I most appreciate and like this garments for its teammates, training, job security, career growth, salary/appraisal,travel, policies,learning, work environment, innovation,work-life balance etc are highly standard,appropriate and satisfactory.

Dislikes

I never dislike it but during my service period at 2012 to 2013 I was running IR and group inquiry officer. There was more than 5000 worker. I had to do all IR work alone including attend to do inquiry other organisation of same unit. I have resigned and joined to the Dana Sweater as Assistant Manager ( Head of HR &Admin). However if possible I will again join to the CIPL.

Work Details

I was Executive officer ( IR in HR). I had to do all IR work like Show cause, suspension,inquiry & inquiry report, dismiss,resignation, retirement, final settlement, floor discipline as per buyer requirement,prepare documentation buyer audit requirement.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
