The only thing which I feel needs some attention is compensation. The pay scale is not competitive for the industry, and many employees feel undervalued for the work we put in. Have completed 6 months in this company now and the experience has been really amazing, Good work life balance , amazing team and managers, workload is balanced , less office politics, work from home benefits, good for people who are interested in making a career in brand protection and intellectual property.

I appreciate the supportive work environment at Corsearch. Along with the structured processes, all the sessions explaining the company's growth sets clarity among employees, and the access to trainings and resources is great.

Dislikes

One challenge I face is maintaining a quality work-life balance due to Night shift hours. While I understand the nature of the role and this problem is very specific to me as there are people working day shifts, maybe a better schedule or rotational shifts might help.
