So far it's been a great experience with Corsearch, The team is highly supportive, Higher management is supportive and responsive as well. There is a lot to learn in this organization

1. The work experience you get is highly limited to a specific industry 2. Low compensation as compared to market standards 3. Job security seems to be a concern

I appreciate the supportive work environment at Corsearch. Along with the structured processes, all the sessions explaining the company's growth sets clarity among employees, and the access to trainings and resources is great.

Dislikes

One challenge I face is maintaining a quality work-life balance due to Night shift hours. While I understand the nature of the role and this problem is very specific to me as there are people working day shifts, maybe a better schedule or rotational shifts might help.

Work is easy, i don't feel much pressurized, my superiors are understanding as well and my co- workers are also friendly, they give opportunities for overtime as well so it's really great.

Dislikes

They don't have much transparency as while joining i was told i need to come to the office only for 1 day in a week that's why i settled in for less salary, but they later asked me to come thrice so it's really hectic, and it's really disappointing to see that we won't be getting Diwali bonus as well.
