The only thing which I feel needs some attention is compensation. The pay scale is not competitive for the industry, and many employees feel undervalued for the work we put in. ...ternal job posting. From last 2.5 year's there is only one internal job posting. Insufficient salary increament, despite taking on additional responsibilities and doing all hardwork, salary increament not reflect this growth. Pay grade as same as my previous role which can be discouraging. Q
