Worst company No work life balance No job security They hired only freshers because experience are not coming as experience people knows how worst this company is They will extend you beyond 9hrs for sure In HCC last saturday is regular working day HR looks like chapri, No personality If u dont complete target you wont be allowed to go home. Nothing change same culture like vrcm only the name change. Work life balance depends on your position if you got higher position then it will be fine but as medical coder high work pressure, promotions and appraisal, salary hike as per market standards are good, provide skill development programs very often, job security is good.
