Unfortunately, my experience at Cordova has been quite challenging. There's a significant lack of job security, and it often feels like you could be let go at any moment. Internal politics are rampant, and it's easy to get caught up in them. The employee evaluation process is poor and doesn't fairly reflect our contributions. No job security, very old culture, can not developed your skills with using old software, no internet for designers, management not support, salary issues, cutting 30% salary from April to till date and they didn't give salary on the time. You can't learn here. Rules are like a school. You can't work with freedom. Using old software like corel 13, InDesign CS6, PageMaker. They didn't want to adopt new things. They blocked your mind. You can't develop your creativity skills here. If you want to use internet then you have to take permission from manager and IT department. Very bad culture for working....Read More
