Every thing i dislike about Cordova, I worked with Cordova and saw there is no carrier growth and very less salary . They only think of themself . No job satisfaction they will hire and fire you anytime. No learning.every person even top management think of themself only. It's better for you go to bookshop and start working there. Because they only exploit you in every possible way

1.Office politics 2.Max 3-4 seniors who we have to listen 3.Sometimes hold salary and cut ta/da expenses 4.Ta/da is less than other publication companies. 5. Company Gives value only to Old employees, managers and seniors . 6. No respect for new employees. 7. No job security for new comers.

Company has no ethics. Your direct manager will always jealous with you if you have joined at good salary Or if you have grabbed good position in young age. I have found this thing spread every level.Colleagues are busy in politics or making you in discomforts. No proper training is given about product. No HR policy. Every thing is done verbally, you can't track anything in this company.
