Unfortunately, my experience at Cordova has been quite challenging. There's a significant lack of job security, and it often feels like you could be let go at any moment. Internal politics are rampant, and it's easy to get caught up in them. The employee evaluation process is poor and doesn't fairly reflect our contributions. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

In last 3 years in Cordova Publication I really didn't fiend any thing so that I can suggest any one to work with this company. they really exploit their employees, hold their salary of more then 3 month T.A., D.A.s are always pending for more then 3-4 months, finally all the big names (senior employee) are left from their like Mr. Surendar Singh, Mr. Nimesh Thakur, Mr. Suresh Joshi and their is a huge list of people including Me as well...Read More

The company really do not deduct any thing in the name of PF even after asking in HR, the Politics in the Co. is Very bad satisfying the ego of just senior is really important it doesn't matter how best you are trying to give in the company
