What I love about working at Cordova is the collaborative and supportive team environment. Everyone here is genuinely invested in each other's success. Opportunities for professional development are also major perks.

Unfortunately, my experience at Cordova has been quite challenging. There's a significant lack of job security, and it often feels like you could be let go at any moment. Internal politics are rampant, and it's easy to get caught up in them. The employee evaluation process is poor and doesn't fairly reflect our contributions.
