Company culture was very good. Our HR head, IR head and HR executive was very humble and polite. They were very supportive and specially HR head and IR head was very helpful they guide us how to perform the tasks given by them. Work environment was good in HR department.

What I didn't like about working at Cooper standard is that the deputy manager was so rude to us sometimes. She treats us according to her mood which I definitely didn't like. Overall experience was fine.
