1. Worst company culture - people shout at each other, never felt like office environment. 2. Company has 10℅ people in company and 90℅ people in contract role. 3. No benefits. Management hides all employee benefits from its employees and no employee is happy here 4. Worst management - gives importance/respect to company role employess only. And work is done by contract role people only but no recognition and appreciation. Contract role employess does all work and gets cheap salary and are not respect treated by company role employess 5. This job is just hard labor. I completed my engineering and went to Cooper standard as a Quality Inspector. You wont be given any assistance. A bundle of fuel tube would easily weigh up to 25 kg, you an engineering graduate must carry it from one place in the factory to your station and check the tubes for any error manually with your eyes. You may need to check like a couple of dozen of tubes per day each bundle will have 50 to 100 tubes. I pray that any soul who work at this position now be given strength.
