Mostly single digit hike just like any other Service based MNC or sometimes if your are top performer you may cross max 10-12% but its very rare . If you are in good books you may get promotion as well but you got to convince a lot to even reach there .Company's got lots of debt for more than a decade with COVID interruption and recovery phase and hence most of their profit goes to their share holders or stake holders and those benefits never comes to the IT workers. This is at least for India location and i have heard similar stories in North America, Asia and Europe. As long as the ship sails this company works but when suddenly market is bad or when they started to experience too much debt and interest pressure then they reduce workforce/headcount.
