Lots of opportunities to learn, but on your own. Job security is excellent and even promotion and increment is above average.

Dislikes

Work culture is poor, management is not good. No company future forcast. And no work life balance. If it's about earning a good money then it's a above average company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
