I like the arrangement made by the hotel at Conrad Bahrain financial harbour like good accommodation, good food in cafeteria and two days off but salary is very low . Service charge is not much at all work hours are normal to other hotels . Junior staff are helpful and nice managers are arrogant including the supervisors .

Dislikes few managers and supervisors are making the work atmosphere extremely toxic with their favouritism towards certain staff based on how beautiful they look specially like wissal idrish hostess is made to run the show at breakfast by a horrible egoistic manager Bibiana palmer who has no respect, shame or empathy towards the staff . Staff like Nicolay kim supervisor of IRD stealing alcohol from F&B store , william waiter of ird selling alcohol from outside low price to high price . Food & Drinks manager dont seem to care about his department because he is constantly listening to gossip of his favourite staff . Actually good and hard working staff are not allowed to perform managers like Bibiana come & do politics with you . Integrity , honesty & good culture where people can flourish is missing . Most staff are judges based on colour , nationality and ethnicity specially by Mahdi Hussain HR he is racial profiler . There serious issues with this place and the quality of staff they hire like Wissal idrisi who gets employee of the month because she is beautiful according to Bibiana. Dont join this place there is no growth , no training or learning. Experienced people are not respected at all . Panpan from ird is also drinking inside ird as there is no camera . Suyatro chef from kitchen is stealing grocery & frozen foods like stake & salmon taking home or sometimes giving to ird staff in exchange of alcohol . Cash tips are not shared fairly . Basically good staff dont last here because of the high level politics & drama . Most new hirings are not well experienced hence learning the wrong things . I think just to much politics as bibiana being a manager she forces staff to talk bad about others causing enmity. She is highly unprofessional and unpredictable . Junior staff are good they are supportive . Supervisor like nicolay steals from guest rooms aswell . Please improve your standards on how you treat people .
