Worked with this for 6 months only, State head is doesn't know any thing, He is Highly recommendation candidate, HR is for only to do formalities, She does not know the polices of company, How to treat the employes, i very petty to other colleagues on HR policy, Total depends on State Head Decision, He is working for very low package (SH), that is also one reason
