Managers TLs behaviour is not good toward employees. They treated the employees like slave. Promotion and salary hike provided to those who are near and dear to them respective work experience.

Work from Home is there. Hybrid model is there as management does not want to force anyone they can work from anywhere in world, and the one who wants to join the office can join and rest can do WFH.

I didn't see a single complimentary situation when I was part of the organization.

I had one of the most weird ways of management seen in my entire career. The people who are in the management aren't fit for the professionalism. I am saying this because of the fight between Manager to Manager and other superiors. No work culture. No professionalism Nothing to learn No respect for the co-workers No training will be provided on the products but still expect to process tasks. Harassment if any questions are raised. The Manager who works from India ultimately discriminates among the co-workers. No recognition No rewards, No motivation either. The HR team is the worst. They literally fight with you if there is any concern to be raised. No courtesy Humanity from the HR, manager, and the HR executives to Employees.
