Company just think about their profit rather than employees can survive or die they doesn't bother. During Covid_19 Lockdown company didn't consider to provide full salary & expenses to employee, showing some unethical reason. It's a worst class of company. Company doesn't have any good policies.

Dislikes

No any training, no job security, no salary on time. Most worst class work environment. I will suggest nobody should join this company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
