Job security. It is place where one feel safe and secure regarding his/her future. There isn't any work pressure, leaders are also cooperative most of the time.

Dislikes

Constantly changing shifts and weekoffs, like we are robots not human. Even machine need sometime to adjust to particular situation or time but every week we have to schedule our daily activities on daily basis, even our sleep cycle. One can't even imagine that every month his sleep cycle gets changed. Even evolution took 1000's of years but here if today we sleep during day, just after one day we have change it for whole month and it continues to get changed monthly. I have many other pointers but as I'm in night shift so can't remember this time, next time I'll write many others too....Read More

No salary increment Even if you are getting 5 star rating out of 5 you will get only 350rs increment per year and the excuse is that they bought a new office so they have budget issue In a team if you are not efficient at all so they will not move you instead they will keep you and give you minimal work and rest the people who workwell they have to complete all the work You can't discuss anything with HR against anyone because they never make ur conversation confidential. They always tried to make things bad with TL and Managers And forget about leaves , even for 1 day they will demand your medical....Read More
