Concentrix management is pathetic and treating Microsoft Project like Amazon or citibank. Huge cost cutting and layoffs and making PLIs impossible to achieve. Hiring worst and pathetic leaders in management and paying them huge amount for nothing. This company does not value their old and strong employees who is contributing in their bottom line.

I do attempt to give our 200% while supporting my Fellow L1s and escalated cases however I terms of incentives I expect a consistent amount of returns. Also would expect management to be very responsive to our queries and concerns cause this is the only factor which is letting the people switch to other options. Mental peace is something which everyone would love and mental peace at work would not let any employee leave the organisation atleast for a decade. Gurgaon CNX is good but Noida CNX is the worst.
