Confirmed Employees are forced to Resign within 2 Months, Degree Engineers with more than 10 years experience are forced to work as Production Helpers here, Low Salary package, Pathetic working environment, Insane Transportation fees charged, Terrible Annual Increments, Food available in Canteen sometimes is not Edible.

Staffs are good. 5s is very good strategic. But one thing is more. Few operator having more knowledge than process, maintenance and quality. So in my opinion, there should choice for operator to complete exam and join under company

This facility is not available at commscope. Commscope is mnc, Commscope need written exam and interview for operator to join under company. So, I experienced there is no growth for hardly working operator

Not so good for non-technical student like B. Sc, B. Com or B. A Working on daily wages salary in just +2 entry If you have graduation than you should go to fibre rather than BSA ..... Very gray and friendly colleagues. Maintain healthy work environment, especially by onsite US staff. No unnecessary burden, no micro management Gives respect to all individuals and value your inputs. Flexibility in working hours.

Failed to maintain the company growth. Less opportunity to promote your role. Done give full time remote option. No any benefits other than timely salary.

I worked in the Home Network department. Management had no clue on how to run this business. Recently it was sold to Vantiva. Working at commscope is terrible. Its run by a cartel of Managers who care only about keeping their job. Too much of middle management who keep interfering in every technical decision, even though they have no technical knowledge.
