Very gray and friendly colleagues. Maintain healthy work environment, especially by onsite US staff. No unnecessary burden, no micro management Gives respect to all individuals and value your inputs. Flexibility in working hours.

Failed to maintain the company growth. Less opportunity to promote your role. Done give full time remote option. No any benefits other than timely salary.

I worked in the Home Network department. Management had no clue on how to run this business. Recently it was sold to Vantiva. Working at commscope is terrible. Its run by a cartel of Managers who care only about keeping their job. Too much of middle management who keep interfering in every technical decision, even though they have no technical knowledge.
