Toxic work culture. No scope of learning. A lot of favouritism. no matter how well you are performing. you will get good rating or promotion only if you are manager’s favourite. Most of management/managers belongs to old dated service based culture and hence company turned into typical service based organisation or somewhere worst than that

1)No promotion scope even if you are working hard in a project for long time, you have to apply for senior position and give interview. And if they like you or you are favourite then you will get promotion 2) manager thinks they are god here. If they dont like you they will force you to resign. You cant reachout to HR , hr wont help you 3) STVR OR bonus part is a joke. You will get likr 50% of it. 4) you have to wait for 15 months to get hike and bonus 5) They will ask you to change your skills and learn something which is not your skills whether you wanna learn it or not. The culture in operations is borderline toxic. They'll give you a bunch of additional work which will impact your core KPI and won't even give you diverts for it. Some people in senior management (Indian) seem to favor people from one religious group in particular

Too much of favourism and unethical behaviour of senior managers. Your work will not be given the credit unless you are very good at buttering. So do with your ratings.
