Above average pay but less compared to other MNCs. Good Benefits: health coverage, paid time off, PR & VPF, Phone/internet bill reimbursement. Nice office environment. Used to have nice work life balance, lately becoming like a service company, I left in April 2023.

Hiring is exclusively based on "where you are from", some times people like me falls through cracks(contractor to Employee) in 4 years they made sure I have to go out if want to move on to next level. Some engineers will never go on to next level, because of regional politics, I tried to become a manager but didn't even go a screenin g. I'm from Maharastra. 100% of managers and above are from same ethnicity, that tells you something. They copy the DE&I initiatives from US but they are not ready to identify their "white people" and do hiring/promotion outside that majority....Read More

Benefits are standard and salary in not par to the industry compared to other product companies. My manager is very disrespectful and micro-manages, has no integrity with full of politics within the team because of him.

Comcast works on latest technologies so there will be plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There are no specific work timings, just get the work done, they take good care of people. The compensation is decent, other product companies pays more for same level of experience, but much better than service sector .
