Dislikes

The company does not have enough systems licenses for employees and does not find it necessary to provide training to newcomers. The company lacks in resource management when it comes to assigning project based duties and required Software licenses for employees. In the case of freshers first preference for training is given only to local people and for the rest of those coming from other states the company doesnt find it necessary to cooperate with ( upto 6 months ) compared to local people.
