Terrible Department Managers 1.1 Making just one year experienced boot-licking engineers as Team Leads 1.2 Absolute mishandling of resources 1.3 No Clarity in what needs to be done during a crisis 1.4 Department Level Managers and Few Engineering managers are not qualified emotionally to handle team members 2 d-color: #fff5e4;">. HR team can be scrapped off</mark> 2.1 HR team is existent and non-existent as well. (Schrodinger's Cat Theory) 2.2 Most irritating employee Engagement activities, where you would feel that you are amid people who escaped from mental asylum. 2.3 One of the most stupid things is Naa-Real awards, please ask any FCS employee about this, he will take your shoulder and cry. Department is so miserable to save money that they are not ready to give proper rewards and recognitions. Miser Department Award can be given to Flight Control System. 2.4 HR will be playing guess-game to answer your query. 3. Top Level Management 3.1 Still they are providing laptops to engineers to help them enable work from home (Lockdown Imposed due to Covid March 2020, I am writing this review Sept 2021). The reason being laptops are still stuck with Customs. (You have to believe it, otherwise, you are Cynical) 3.2 The Man, who is calling the shots, The big boss of Collins Aerospace India, who would be named Mr. S@^Y@, when questioned about the shortcomings of the situation is handled management in All Hands meeting, delivered a ground-shaking answer. Employees are saving Fuel, Dress-related and Formal-attire expenses, are expected to use that to buy their own computer accessories. Collins as a company won't give, computer peripherals to employees or reimburse it. This was told in All hands, conducted in April 2020. 4. Employees 4.1 Please use 3rd party companies to Hire employees. Whoever are hiring, they are not fit to sit in the interview panel. You can't ask a control system to give constructive feedback. Every employee is treated with respect, work culture is also very good. You will not be loaded with work if you dont want. Policies and management are very good. They respond well in time for all your queries.

Compensation is not as per the experiences and management should work towards that.

The biggest drawback is the pay and the growth opportunities. The HR policies are site specific and depends where you are working.

New management started from 2018, They are treating employees very bad. No job security . Dec 20 they have Terminated Many senior employees around 15 years serviced. without giving lunch at lunchtime. HR managers behaved very bad.

Very bad Management, India Bangalore site. Senior Managers splied the culture and they poltics.
