The overall people that are in the company are good and very nice.

I joined in this company as a management trainee. I was being told that it's a hybrid job, but when I joined, I got to know that it was not a hybrid job and I have to come to the office every day and even after that giving three months as a management trainee of a particular work that I was doingas the company was going through a tough time, they shifted me to a different team which has a completely different non-technical work as I come from a technical background, this was disastrous for me. So I had to leave the company and after just three months of joining, I left the company because of this, so College Duniya has not a very good record of job security....Read More

Good Colleagues and seniors

Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

1. They can fire you anytime they don't feel like. 2. Zero skill development. 3. Manager behaviour is very bad. 4. If you want to upgrade your skills in your field than don't join here. 5. The whole company is working in AFFILIATE MARKETING. 6. Joined as a PPC Executive but you will in the affiliate no relation to what you have doneearlier. 7. Head of business is very arrogant does not know how to talk with his team. 8 . People at top think there are running the company. 9. Join here only if you want to work into AFFILIATE MARKETING. 10. Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

Dislikes

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.
