I was being told that it's a hybrid job, but when I joined, I got to know that it was not a hybrid job and I have to come to the office every day and even after that giving three months as a management trainee of a particular work that I was doingas the company was going through a tough time, they shifted me to a different team which has a completely different non-technical work as I come from a technical background, this was disastrous for me.
