Terrible Management. You are expected to work round the clock , if not then you are liable to answer the calls of your manager even outside work hours . You fail to answer you will be dealt harshly and your KRAs changed . Once you think about leaving the company they will ready to agree as this company believes in hire and fire . I joined in this company as a management trainee. I was being told that it's a hybrid job, but when I joined, I got to know that it was not a hybrid job and I have to come to the office every day and even after that giving three months as a management trainee of a particular work that I was doingas the company was going through a tough time, they shifted me to a different team which has a completely different non-technical work as I come from a technical background, this was disastrous for me. So I had to leave the company and after just three months of joining, I left the company because of this, so College Duniya has not a very good record of job security....Read More

Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

There's no scope of growth absolutely unless you're in sales but that too is a very long game. They keep hiring all the time which shows they don't trust their employees who work for them. Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

Dislikes

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.
