Terrible Management. You are expected to work round the clock , if not then you are liable to answer the calls of your manager even outside work hours . You fail to answer you will be dealt harshly and your KRAs changed . Once you think about leaving the company they will ready to agree as this company believes in hire and fire . I worked at Collegedunia as a Senior Data research and curation specialist for 2 Years & 11 months. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern. I have been a part of the Board Exam Concept Team, and, I have experienced mental harassment from My Reporting Manager. I, along with several other employees, have been compelled to resign due to the hostile work environment created by Reporting Manager. 1. She created a bitter work environment by making derogatory comments about my work, ignoring my contributions to the team. 2. No amount of my hard work was recognised by the team. 3. She makes two teams, one is with her favourite employees, who are always in her good books and never been ignored. And another is with her not so favourite employees, No matter how much they work, they were always being insulted and demotivated by her in the meeting. 4. She always give me warning that I am useless, I am good for nothing. 5. She mentally harassed and tortured me everyday which affects my mental health. I am attaching my prescription along with this mail for your reference. Additionally, I have witnessed her engage in bullying and intimidating behavior towards other employees in the department. She made derogatory comments about employees' abilities and performance. She always targeted people and tortured them everyday until they give their resignation. Nothing. Its a hardcore sales company and despite of all you have to do sales regardless of your job position.

Dislikes

Way too much politics within the team as well as organization. The environment is not welcoming at all. No training is given. In order to get promoted you need to sleep or have a relationship with your manager.

Poor Management , Micro-management , verbal-abuse, No clear plan or goal in 60% of the teams , No job security , Bad W/L , Bad office location. A few days ago , an employee mailed the entire office her story about getting laid off due to taking WFH due to an accident , with her manager highlighting how WFH was seriously a taboo around the place.

Flexibility with working hours and leniency with checking in and checking out as long as visibility is there and work gets done on the expected date

Dislikes

No real identitiy of work culture, and focus is always on find the best possible cost saving solution, even if cutting corners. Also, job security is not ensured, as even without any performance issues, you could be laid off with less benefits than what is laid out in terms and agreement.
