salary was decent

Dislikes

Bad managers, Lot of politics in data team. Only the manager and lead kept promoting over 2-3 years. Everyone else either fired or left. No support for women. No transport, no lunch.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
