One thing that i like most about working here is the freedom that our seniors offer us to work with creative touch. It help us to think deeply about whatever assignments we are assigned with . I find it a productive and self evolving aspect. It Allowed me to think out of the box an execute my thoughts aligned to the assignments that I'm working on

I like working here. I am working for the company from the past 2 years. The best thing that I like about the company is its workspace. It is clean and lush. There is good facility of unlimited chai and coffee that will help you stay energized at work. Also, below the office building there are many eatery options available. I usually have my brunch over there.

Sometimes, working hours might get stretched due to given project time limit. Its not a problem, just one should be prepared for it.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not...Read More

You will get to learn more as there is nobody to guide you and if you stick to learning you will get expert in just six months.

No work life balance No proper management and planning of project, departments so the company is in loss as I must say. Otherwise they have excellent software and platform and they can master in industry.
