Now that’s great for us. Last month only I took the wfh option bcoz of some personal reasons. Of course I had to take prior permission and approval from the seniors. The purpose was served in the end for me. Thanks for continuing with this policy.

The policies are good in this company. They grant many types of leaves according to the occasion or event. They also provide health insurance for the employees. The policies are in favour of employees and are employee-oriented. The policies are made keeping in the mind of all people working in the company.

No Work life balance. They don't have proper planning and proper communication between teams. They don't treat you as humans. They will hire you and fire you whenever they want without proper reason. They don't even pay salaries on time and some times you won't even get full salaries.

What I most liked and loved about Cogoport was leaving COGOPORT.

Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market . You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not...Read More

No work life balance No proper management and planning of project, departments so the company is in loss as I must say. Otherwise they have excellent software and platform and they can master in industry.
