Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market </mark>. You will never get the role they hired you for, also some people where newly hired by them and within 2 months they made them leave by saying you didn't match our expectations their CEO Amitabh shankar is ont worst with bad mouth he dnt care whether employees are happy or not...Read More

Unfortunately there is not a single thing I liked about this company. I really hope there could be anything that I can say good things about but there are none.

Working for this company has been an absolute nightmare. From the moment I joined the team, it became painfully clear that employee well-being and job satisfaction were at the bottom of their priority list. Management is completely out of touch with the realities on the ground. They make decisions without consulting the employees who actually do the work, and these decisions often lead to chaos, frustration, and even layoffs. The work environment is toxic, to say the least. There's no sense of camaraderie or teamwork. Everyone is out for themselves, and the constant office politics make it nearly impossible to get anything done efficiently. Benefits and compensation are laughable<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I've seen better pay and perks at fast-food restaurants</mark>. It's insulting to see the company's executives living lavishly while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet. Worst of all, there's no room for growth or development. The company seems content to keep employees stuck in dead-end positions with no opportunities for advancement. It's demoralizing and disheartening. They deduct salary illegally from your fixed pay without getting you sign any new offer letter. They want immediate sales from you otherwise you will get 25% salary only. Fraud company. Do not get yourself trapped here.

They don't want to do business they just want to fill their own pocket. They will show you absent on your salary slips to deduct salary. Salary was never on time. There is no fixed date to pay salary.

1. Unqualified leadership - TL's recruited were not from logistics background they don't know anything about this industry. 2. Unprofessional teaching - no proper training and materials provided. 3. Unprofessional way of declaring 50% to 75% pay cut, no job security, if in any months you don't bring transaction your salary is deducted</mark>. 4. Role itself is a scam no old accounts or transacted leads provided unstructured way to find out leads create own data from random website no one to check your data, other backend data provide are completely fraud and incorrect. 5. Backend operations and supply is so incompetent even you brought client they will struggle to complete the shipment.
