I don't mean to be biased, but it's what I have experienced working in this company for so long. I would say, if you're truly dedicated to what you want to achieve as a professional and have a set goal, working here, you will get right direction to reach it. It was the case when I joined here, a few years back, and now I am on a position that I wanted to be in. But if you think, its straightforward, I must say, it's not. You will have to be your 100% in whatever you are assigned with. Superiors only value hardworking people and those with creative abilities or at least trying their efforts to be the best in their role.
