Salary is getting credited ontime, however appraisal cycle has been moved from month of April to August for no reason.

No job security. If by any chance, you moved out of any project, sword of termination will start hanging around your neck. They will give a month or two to search project ( that too by your own self), No RMs will be involved untill they got a reason to kick you out!

One of the worst organization to work with. Talent Management team and HR are worthless. They could not arrange for a single project interview during covid. Internally resumes are masked so that even you bag a project they are unable to tag you. You will be harassed by HRs and upper management to put down your paper even without a single fault of yours. No job security. Experience and expertise doesn't count,it counts on your rapport with filthy people working there. Will never recommend anyone to join. Neither Will I ever think of joining back. Inspire of being a top rating holder for consecutive 3years they think you are not good. Without even a single call for interview received during bench period.
