I was lucky enough to get good teammates, but the management needs to be more transparent.

Dislikes

You will get zero job security here. Once you are on bench they will give you only 35 days to find a new project, if you fail to do so they will terminate you on the 36th day. while on bench you will get no support from any POCs of bench. Cognizant never ever care about its employees, they only care about their business.

Work Details

Work-life balance completely depends upon the project...but now a days they have declared 10 hours per day work policy , so there will be no work like balance

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
