Cognizant provides flexible in working shifts at the covid time. Now also it is giving work from home facility to some of the departments. You will get best of the facilities here in terms of your insurance, dependent’s insurance, at time salaries, over time etc

Dislikes

The promotion and exposure is little slow. One may do not get opportunity of getting promoted or changing to different projects. May experience Workload and pay scale and all other incentives are also not very good.

As a associate, if you want to share your thoughts or suggestions for process, management will give you that kind of space. Every month salary will credit on time (At the every end of month day) Work environment is good! Incentive will be provide on time.

In cognizant some time for the work they will ask you to work for a 12-13 hours in a day. Holiday will be compromised on Indian holidays, client holidays even in Diwali,Eid, Christmas. You can't Take a leave even leaves in your bucket.
