I am working in insurance sector for finance and accounts from last 18 months and I have learned quite good things . My work is challenging but I have delivered all my work as per company norms.

The company was good to learn new things and culture of the company was really good.

Dislikes

Low salary and management really don't care about you as they only appraise those people who always just try to show that they have lots of work and most of the chances given to female employees without any reason.

Completely frustrated as i was getting lots of appraisal mail from clients but at the time of reward they used to select those employees most probably girls whom manager likes much.
