The work culture is very good even with WFH, we can connect with anyone required for our work and everyone is really helpful.

Dislikes

What made us disappointed was the on-boarding process and though we had received offer letter soon the time taken for call letter too long around 7 months gap btwn offer and call letter by that time many people had lots hope as freshers and who were really relied over this. Would be better if they recruit only according to the business requirement and appropriate role

Had a good relationship with the superiors and colleagues, they all made me comfortable.

Dislikes

But the working hours and irregular break timings will make a great impact in health. And there will not be much growth in terms promotion. If you are from non-IT background it's hard to get growth and survive.

There was no work life balance. The people in the project were very money minded. They (TL and manager) stress you out to do the work that's pending by other's, request for overtime but never approves the compensation request. Even though the company provides all the compensation benefits they wouldn't let us claim it. Even the manager tried to flirt with every women joined in that project.
