I do not have words to describe how pathetic the work culture is in this organization. Even calling it a culture is an overstatement. I have seen the most hard-working tenured associates getting kicked off the organization and worthless bootlickers getting promoted. I have seen people blood pressure shooting, women having miscarriages because of immense stress they have to face here. HRs are just for the names sake. If at all you are joining this organization forget completely about what work life balance is, forget what job security is, forget about mental peace, forget what weekends and holidays are, embrace anxiety and stress. The job security is excellent, work culture also good, management has supported in Covid 19 situation. Teammates are very supportive. Company policies are very good.

There is lot of politics. Career growth is very slow.
