Work life balance is good but you may not hear good from some pockets due to corona aituation, pls are spending more time else it's good.

People at Director Level and above have created their own Kingdom in the Organization. Without their blessings People at the middle level can't grow. Appraisal is farce. Managers are asked to give lowest rating to 5%, Average Rating to 20%, Good Rating to 60% And Better Ratings to 15%. So even if one gas Met Productivity, Quality and Other Goals but in the same team Other Associates have achieved more than he/she is bound to get Lowest Rating inspire of achieving all goals.
